Priest Lake is the best place in the world in my opinion, "God's Country", this place is very near and dear to my heart and I love taking pictures of the lake and everything surrounding it. Two weeks after I was born I was at the lake and for the next 18 years I spent every day of every summer I could up there at each of my grandparents cabins (one on each side of the lake, lucky me!)
Now that I'm a big girl and have a big girl job I don't get to the lake as often. To stay "close" with the lake I began working with all the pictures I'd ever taken of the lake and began giving them as gifts to all of my family. I have photos printed on canvas and wrap them over stretcher bars - "Gallery Wrapped Canvas", print pictures on metal for signs, make greeting cards and frame photos.
A couple years ago I ran out of family members to give my photos to, so I'm venturing out and creating this blog and hopefully I will get my artwork into some venues up at the lake!
